You have 72 hours to cancel the free trial period, or you will automatically be enrolled in our monthly membership program for your convenience.

Yes. After becoming a registered user, just place your favorite Art and/or Calligraphy in your Gallery. In your Gallery, there will be an option to purchase next to your images.

Names and words are a funny thing. People can think them up just as fast as we can enter them into our database. In the event we do not have your name or word, it will be entered into our database within 72 hours, and an email will be sent to you informing you of the addition.

MyGallery is like a “Favorites Folder” for storing and organizing your favorite Chinese Art and Characters. You don't need a premium membership to use your Gallery; you just have to register . When you come across a piece of art or a Chinese character of interest, just add it to your Gallery. Add and Remove the images as you like. When you decide to make a purchase, you won't have to search through our website and find everything again!

Entering a coupon number for memberships will bring up a new, discounted price list for subscriptions. Our coupons are a symbol of appreciation for you. Occasionally, special coupons will be issued to subscribers on our opt-in list, which may have additional savings.

There are no refunds for downloadable products, unless there was an error on our part. Monthly memberships and can be cancelled at any time, and you will no longer be charged after the billing period ends. For our 3-Month and Annual Memberships, you have 30 days to cancel for a full refund, after which no refund can be given.
